  2.         LICENCING MB_LIB

  5.         If you're reading this, you've probably decided to licence MB_lib.
  6.     Thank you!
  7.     Licencing this software gives you the right to:
  8.  
  9.     - Use MB_lib after the 30 day trial period
  10.     - Distribute programs you've written using MB_lib
  11.     - Receive notification if and when updates of MB_lib become
  12.       available.
  13.  
  14.         The licencing fee is DFl. 20.-- or the equivalent of that amount
  15.     in any other currency (see below).
  16.         Licenced users of MB_lib recieve a personal registration key. This
  17.         key must be included in your programs before compiling them.
  18.  
  19.         Licencing MB_lib is subject to the following conditions and
  20.     limitations. By licencing MB_lib you indicate agreement to these
  21.     conditions and limitations.
  22.  
  23.     You may:
  24.     - Use MB_lib to write applications and distribute these applicat-
  25.       ions on *any* basis, commercial or non-commercial, without any
  26.       further obligations to the author of MB_lib.
  27.     - Distribute unregistered evaluation copies of MB_lib on a non-
  28.       commercial basis
  29.     - Pass unregistered evaluation copies of MB_lib to anyone you like.
  30.  
  31.     You may NOT:
  32.     - Alter or remove (any portion of) the MB_lib distribution package,
  33.       being it registered or unregistered
  34.     - Distribute copies on a commercial basis. You may, however,
  35.       charge a nominal fee not to exceed the cost of floppy disks and
  36.       mailing costs.
  37.     - Distribute or pass on your registration key. Registration is 
  38.       PERSONAL.

  40.         Disclaimer: The author of this software does not accept any
  41.         responsibility for any damage, direct or indirect, including, but
  42.         not limited to, lost profits, lost savings, or loss or corruption
  43.         of data, resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, this
  44.         software.

  46.         The software is provided 'as is', without any guarantee whatsoe-
  47.         ver. If it works for you, fine. If it does not, too bad. If you
  48.         try this program and your system goes to pieces, I'm not obliged
  49.         to provide you with a bottle of glue. It is the users responsibili-
  50.         ty to make backups of important data, to carefully check out
  51.         untested software, and to take precautions in general. So if you
  52.         like to live dangerously, on your own head be it.

  55.         is NOT in the public domain. Source code is not available, and,
  56.         by previous agreement to other parties, it won't become available
  57.         in the future.

  60.         HOW TO PAY:

  62.         Dutch users can deposit the registration fee in Dutch guilders,
  63.         by transferring DFl 20.-- on my bank account, number 98 14 64 394
  64.         to the account of name of Frank van Wensveen in Schiedam.

  66.         Users from any other country can transfer the equivalent of that
  67.     amount in any other currency, BUT MUST ALLOW FOR COSTS TO COVER 
  68.     CONVERSION. In other words, verify how much it will cost to cover
  69.     conversion of your currency into Dutch guilders, convert that to
  70.     the currency of your choice (Rubles are not accepted) and transfer
  71.     that to my bank account. Note that I place the responsibility of
  72.     finding the pitfalls of international currency conversion with
  73.     YOU. I could, of course, specify a higher amount for foreign 
  74.     licencees, but that hardly seems fair.
